Its a 3 month program that i am doing on a Facebook private page that all of you are welcome to join. Simply message me on facebook and i will add you to the group. I try to get at least 3-4 videos up weekly, sometimes more. I'm doing this particular program on facebook to give it a try and see how it works out, as everyone is on there anyway and its more easily accessbile.
