What's your weekly goal? My goal for this blog is to get 50 new exercises up on the site, 2 tutorials and and 2 killer articles. Let me know what you want and I will get it done. I have my ideas already, but any exercises or things you want discussed or demonstrated and I will attack!

Goals are to increase the weight I lift, get fitter and get the best me I can get.

Alex, awesome stuff, thank you. I do recommend you get specific with your goals, though. You say you want to get fitter, stronger and be the best you can be. What exactly does that mean?

Just been throught three rough weeks when it comes to workload, so goals for this week is to work less, relax more and get cortisol levels down a bit. It will be goals for the week after this too.
