I am implementing an exercise of the week in order to progress to more difficult skills. Even if I can not do the exercises perfectly, I will do my best to demonstrate or articulate how to perform the effectively in order to progress to the next level exercise. I will post basic directions and sets and reps for each exercise. Just add them to your basic training when feasible, preferably at the beginning of the session, or separately when possible. The reason I am not just writing the entire progression out is because people will inevitably try to move forward before they should. But if you spend at least a week working at this level until it is very easy, then you will make great gains without getting stuck on plateaus.
This weeks exercise is a Frogstand.
