The exercises I am demonstrating are one arm push ups on rings and one arm rows on rings. These are horizontal movements using bodyweight, but could also be performed using kettlebells or other loads, as well as being performed in a different plane of motion, such as overhead pressing and pull ups. A renegade row is a great example of an anti rotational exercise that works the trunk hard, I like performing a bodyweight exercise paired with a weighted exercise often, so a renegade row paired with one arm push ups are a great combo.
