shiiiiiiit. im falling behind big time. Just manage to get the advanced frog stand w/ straight arms. ive got the front and back levers nailed but now i need to focus on having a straight back.

Yeah haha, I have the advanced frog but the tuck planche I cant do. Takes time I suppose. Loving the progressions also.
I am also doing sets of push ups from the hips to help advance also, they are bloody hard aswell.
these may take much longer than a week to master. In fact, I would be extremely impressed with anyone who does it in that time frame. I just want to get the progressions out on video for you guys to use in your arsenal and develop on your own pace.
