Joel, that is a good way to go about it, or you could do lower body assistance work there as well. I remember Dave Tate saying he did deadlift assistance like ghr's on squat days and squat assistance on deadlift days and got good results. You will have to change it every few weeks regardless. Let us know how you perform with it. It is all one big experiment.
