Dumb question but I wanted to make sure I did this right...am I supposed to be doing 6 iso squats or just holding the one for 10 seconds and doing everything else 6 reps. I did the 5 last round (the pussy in me is hoping it is suppossed to be 1 hold ).
Kevin, i know this is not what you wanted to hear, but you know what the right answer is, bro. 6 iso squats, hold each one for 10 seconds. Thats a full one minute hold each round. Just rest as necessary between each rep. Your quads and core will get a bit of work and a lot of tension. Some people will eventually start to get a thicker trunk, but it will be solid as shit, no fluffy middle. Get it done.
If ten seconds is too long, start with five second holds then work your way up to longer pauses.
