Because we are nearing the end of this particular cycle, we will be focusing almost exclusively on the classic lifts. I know that does not change things too much, but stick around, two more weeks here then we open a new can of worms on a new phase.
1. Snatch - @ 80% x 1 x 6
2. Clean & Jerk - 80% x 1 x 4-6
3. Front Squat - 4x3
4. Handstand Hold - 3 x max time
- use a wall for balance, belly to wall, hollow body, try to get at least a minute on each hold
