-walk 30 meters with bell locked out overhead
1b. 1 arm KB clean
-walk 30 meters with bell in rack
1c. 1 arm KB lunge
-lunge forward with opposite foot that you are holding bell
-walk 30 meters with bell in suitcase position
switch hands and repeat other side for one roundadjust weight after each round
2a. goblet squat 3x10-15
2b. spiderman pushups 3x10-15
-tuck elbow into hip as you descend, bring knee outside elbow, touch floor with chest while foot is off the floor, then rise back up to top position
3a. pullups/inverted rows 3x10-15
3b. superman plank 3x30-60 seconds
-hold a plank with arms in front extended as far as possible, be Superman!
