from tight starting position, squeeze bar off the floor to mid-thigh
aggressively push against the floor with the legs
explosively extend the hips with continued leg drive
use lats to pull bar into upper thighs
jump hard but not high, landing in squat position
aggressively pull the bar in to the rack position with elbows high and to the sides
spin elbows around the bar and relax the grip
