This was a fun day, I am really learning to enjoy trying back more and more all the time. We started with a quick lower body and back warm up. Then did 6 sets of light snatch grip deadlifts which i forgot to record. google them if you don't know, but its just a regular deadlift with a really wide grip, essentially. We did low cable rows far away from the machine to improve the row position, instead of sitting on the floor. Then superseded pull downs and extensions, and finished with a nice bodybuilding style circuit. Post any questions to comments and as always contact me if you need.
