Test Day
1. Snatch - find a max, limit it to 3 missed attempts
2. Clean & Jerk - max
After 10-15 min rest...
3. 1 kb snatch - 1 x max reps each hand, 1 hand switch
4. 2 kb Long Cycle (clean & jerk) - max reps without putting bells down
5. burpees - 1 x 90 seconds amrap
